work from home Support Agent – No Experience Needed

The primary purpose of the Customer Service team is to provide 24/7 ‘World Class Support’ to website customers. This team is part of the Support Services Department and is based in multiple locations: Las Vegas, Nevada.

In this role, you will not have to speak to anyone face-to-face. You only chat online, using tools such as Facebook Messenger. You will work for businesses answering live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming chat requests and emails, offering prompt and accurate assistance to inquiries.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Clarifying and confirming information requested by the customers or members to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.

Hours per Week: 10 – 40 hours, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
