Website Social Sale Rep
Our partners are currently seeking enthusiastic chat support agents who can help reply to live chat requests on websites. These are remote positions, meaning that as long as you can work the required hours, you can work from home.
The businesses that use our platform are all trying to expand the reach of their apps across all platforms and devices. Right now, we are especially welcoming chat assistants from your country.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
