Website Social Sale Rep
We are currently seeking remote support assistants with social media experience to fill available positions. If you are familiar with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter and have a basic understanding of using these platforms, you may be well-suited for this job opportunity. This work can be conducted online from anywhere, as long as you have a device to access social media accounts and a reliable internet connection.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
