Website Social Sale Rep
We’re in search of social media assistants to support businesses in managing their social media accounts, including Twitter. Your responsibilities may encompass overseeing the Twitter account of a small online food business. This entails posting images, short product-related posts, and sharing links to their editorial content. Additionally, you’ll be expected to engage with and respond to comments from their customers on the posts. This is a part-time, remote position.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
