Social Media Moderator (Entry Level / Remote / No Experience)

As a Social Media Moderator, your primary responsibility will be monitoring and moderating social media channels for businesses. While the tasks are simple, they are vital. You’ll greet new members, answer basic inquiries, and ensure a positive atmosphere within the community. Don’t worry if you’re a complete beginner – we’ll provide you with comprehensive guidelines, training, and support to quickly get the hang of it.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
