We collaborate with e-commerce brands that use social media as their marketing platform. These companies share informative content and then promote their products as a part of their strategy. However, they require assistance to manage this process, and they are looking for individuals from around the world to help. You won’t need to acquire any advertising skills because the content is pre-made and will be sent to you daily via email. Your task is simply to copy it as is and post it on their social media account, to which you’ll be granted access. It’s a straightforward job!

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
