Are you a social media enthusiast who loves connecting with others online? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking social media chat assistants to support businesses in managing their social media presence.

As a chat agent, you will engage with customers on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
