In this role as a Social Media Assistant focused on Facebook, you have the unique opportunity to earn money by doing something you likely already enjoy—using Facebook. As a social media assistant, you’ll help businesses manage their social media accounts, and one of the primary tasks you’ll be responsible for is posting images on various social media platforms, including Facebook. The beauty of this work is that it can all be done online, provided you have a device with access to social media accounts and a reliable internet connection.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
