Sales Support Specialist – Chat Job (No Experience Needed)

Are you ready to jumpstart your career in sales support without any prior experience? We’re actively seeking Sales Support Specialists who will work remotely to assist the sales team in promoting products within a designated market. This role allows you to chat online, using tools like Facebook Messenger, to provide customer support for businesses on their websites and social media accounts. Full training is provided.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
