This entry-level position requires no prior experience as we provide comprehensive training. Your main responsibilities will include addressing incoming customer support queries through live chat on various businesses’ websites and social media accounts.Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.Â
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
