Website Social Sale Rep
Are you a motivated and independent problem solver? Do you enjoy online communication and want to work in a remote position? We’re seeking team members like you to join us. In this role, you won’t need to engage in face-to-face interactions; your primary communication will be through online platforms like Facebook Messenger. You’ll be responsible for answering live chat messages on businesses’ websites or social media accounts. These remote positions allow you to work from anywhere.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
