We are actively seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives who excel in delivering top-notch customer service solutions to all clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to all incoming messages and thoroughly documenting all customer interactions. Throughout these interactions, you will uphold a strong sense of integrity, ensuring both the company and the customer are treated with the utmost respect, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
