We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Remote Entry-Level Live Chat Assistant within our dynamic Operations Division. This role is ideal for individuals eager to step into the world of online customer interaction and sales support, without the need for face-to-face conversations. You’ll be an essential part of our sales team, focusing on engaging with customers through live chat on various platforms including websites and social media channels like Facebook Messenger.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
