If you enjoy online chatting, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We’re in need of individuals to help manage a Facebook community. This role allows you to work from anywhere without the need for phone conversations. As a community assistant, you will engage with members of a large Facebook group, answering their questions and sharing interesting content. The group members are friendly and easy to communicate with, making this role enjoyable.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
