Join our team as a Chat Support Representative and play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns via chat or email. As a Chat Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by addressing issues, conducting research to provide answers, and exploring alternative solutions to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating any unresolved matters to the appropriate team or supervisor.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
