We are seeking individuals with self-motivation, dedication to providing value and excellent services, and a high degree of integrity and enthusiasm for their work to join our team. As a Remote Beginner Facebook Specialist, you will assist online companies in promoting their businesses through social media using your phone or tablet, regardless of whether you use Android or iOS. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
