Join our Customer Experience team and make a meaningful impact on our customers’ journey with our brand. As a customer experience chat agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and satisfying experience. Your main responsibility will be to provide personalized and efficient communication through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and answering their questions. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and maintain brand standards for communication and conduct in every interaction.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
