Website Social Sale Rep
Looking for a Customer Support Live Chat Agent to Engage clients on our online shop (primarily in written channels such as chat and messaging), providing professional and personal service, with the goal of converting and solving customer issues.
What you will be doing: Each morning you will need to login into their live chat portal on their website and start answering the customer questions as they come in. The live chat software has a feature that helps you answer the most commonly asked questions easily and you also have a chat supervisor who can help you with any more difficult questions. There is a short training program that you need to go through, which takes 1 – 2 hours and then you can start work right away.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
