Searching for your next challenge? We are looking for an Overnight Customer Service Representative (OCSR) for live chat support. We view every customer interaction as an opportunity to demonstrate how much we genuinely care about our customer experience. We’re looking for a strong communicator who has great customer service skills, and someone who is technical enough to understand and address both delivery and product issues.
What you will be doing: As a customer service live chat assistant, you will be paid to log in to the business’s chat application and respond to frequently asked questions from customers. These are normally things like prices, refund policies, and giving out discount codes. Full training is provided and training takes less than a day.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $30 an hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
