Website Social Sale Rep
Join our team as a Customer Care Chat Representative and become the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via live chat. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by answering incoming chats, tracking relevant information in our tracking system, and utilizing your expertise and knowledge base tool to resolve any technical issues promptly.
Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering fast and effective solutions to their problems. As a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, you will excel in providing clear and concise instructions to help customers navigate through their technical difficulties.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
