Website Social Sale Rep
We are currently looking for Messaging Support Specialists to support our team during a staff shortage. If you have basic English language skills and are comfortable responding to simple questions online, we encourage you to apply. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering questions from website visitors and providing them with helpful information. We will provide the necessary information and templates to assist you in providing accurate and timely responses. We are seeking individuals with a friendly and helpful attitude who can work flexible hours.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
