The Service Desk Chat Agent is the first point of contact for the users who live chat on website. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Service Desk Agent answers incoming chats, tracks all information in a tracking system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate strong customer service skills to provide chat support including:
o Listening to the customer to gain an accurate understanding of the situation
o Being empathetic to the customer’s situation and having a sense of urgency to resolve the issue
o Producing accurate, detailed documentation at the client, problem and incident level
o Resolving conflict
Rate: $27 – $37 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: You can work remotely online from United States.
