Live Chat Assistant provides top of the line customer support to our clients and their customers. This is a remote position that provides support over live chat via real-time/live conversations with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to detail.
This is an online job as a live chat assistant where you get paid per hour. If you login and do 60 minutes work and then stop, you are paid immediately for those 60 minutes of work. The per hour pay rate for these live chat assitant jobs is $30 per hour.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to website customers. The role consists of interacting with customers over email, chat or other systems. The agent will input special orders, answer service questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer account information.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Full training is provided so you don’t need any previous related experience.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $30 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: Flexible
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
