Website Social Sale Rep
Looking for a fully remote opportunity in sales where you can utilize your chat support skills? We have an exciting position available as a Sales Representative Support Specialist. In this role, you will combine your sales expertise with exceptional chat support capabilities to provide outstanding service to our customers. Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers through chat platforms, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions that meet their needs. You will leverage your excellent communication and persuasive skills to drive sales and contribute to the company’s success.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
