Are you ready to launch your career as a Chat Support Specialist in a fully remote (Work from home) role? We’re actively seeking individuals to join our Customer Support Team and manage our email queue during standard US business hours. In this role, you’ll provide assistance to customers with general inquiries and direct more technical support requests to the appropriate team members. Full training is provided, and jobs are available for immediate start.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
