We’re connected with companies and business owners seeking remote workers from the United States to handle content posting on their social media accounts. They frequently share images and videos of these exotic places and destinations, and now they’re opting for remote workers for this task rather than in-house employees. You’ll receive pre-made content, including photos, videos, captions, hashtags, comments, and more, and your role is to upload it to their social media platforms as directed.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
