Entry Level Social Media Assistant – Facebook (Remote)

We are currently looking for friendly, reliable individuals to work as remote social media assistants. In this role, you will work for businesses, managing their social media accounts and expanding the reach of their products and services among their target audience. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering live chat messages on their website or social media accounts. These are remote positions, allowing you to work online from anywhere.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
