Website Social Sale Rep
Currently, we are seeking to hire a part-time Chat Operator to support our retail, web, and customer services by providing customer support to our online visitors via chat, and email. As a Live chat operator, you have a passion for the product and use your knowledge to sell, help and educate our customers. You are a proven sales driver and strive to exceed goals.
Chat operators are the people who answer the customer’s live chat support or sales questions on a business’s website. The work is done online, normally from home.
What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills and Specifications:
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you.
Ability to independently research information via the internet.
Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a MUST!
Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to work independently.
Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
Have at least 10 hours of availability per week.
Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours per week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
