Entry Level Helpdesk Coordinator – Live Chat

Join our team as an Online Chat Assistant and help us address a staff shortage in this area. If you have basic English language skills and feel comfortable responding to simple questions online, we want to hear from you. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Your main responsibility will be to answer questions from website visitors and provide them with helpful information. We will provide all the necessary information and templates to assist you in responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and helpful attitude, and be available to work flexible hours.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
