If you’re capable of sending a Tweet, liking a Facebook post, or uploading a video to YouTube, we have a simple yet rewarding job for you. We’re on the lookout for individuals to assist online companies in promoting their businesses through social media, using Android and iOS devices such as smartphones and tablets. No prior knowledge of social media advertising is necessary, as this is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
