Website Social Sale Rep
Are you proficient in English with excellent communication skills? We are currently looking for individuals to engage with website visitors through online chat. We seek friendly and personable individuals capable of delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with copy and paste functions in chat programs is an advantage, but no prior experience is necessary. Successful candidates can earn up to $280 per day.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
