Customer Success Manager – Entry Level / Remote (Part Time)

Are you ready to make a difference as a Customer Success Manager? We’re seeking individuals who excel in understanding customer businesses, possess high emotional intelligence, and take ownership of their work. In this role, you’ll engage with customers online, using tools like Facebook Messenger, to provide exceptional support through live chat on websites and social media accounts.

What you will be doing:  As a live chat support agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on our website and social media platforms, answering their queries and guiding current and prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You should have access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) that lets you manage social media and live chat. The ability to work autonomously, follow instructions precisely, and be available for more than 10 hours each week is crucial. A steady internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
