We are seeking a few full-time Seasonal Chat Support Assistants to support our customers via email and live chat. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone seeking to garner experience in the customer service industry. This is an hourly position with a minimum of 20 hours per week and overtime options during the busy holiday season.
What you will be doing: As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for answering live chat questions on behalf of businesses. You will be given training on how to do this task as well as what the most common questions from customers are (and the answers to those questions).
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $30 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 20+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 20+ hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
