Digital Engagement Specialist – Work at Home

Our team is currently seeking Digital Engagement Specialists to support businesses in effectively managing their social media accounts. As a chat assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring exceptional customer service. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, and prior experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
