Customer Support Specialist (No Phone Calling / work from home / Entry Level)

We are currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist! The CSP supports our customers with installation, training, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a basic understanding of financial markets, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming chat requests and emails, offering prompt and accurate assistance to inquiries.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Clarifying and confirming information requested by the customers or members to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.

Hours per Week: 10 – 40 hours, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
