Customer Service Associate – Chat Support (work from home / Entry Level)

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing them with the confidence they need? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to be the first point of contact, answering emails and chat inquiries to assist customers on their journey.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
